The project consists of several elements including the noise wall of Auringonnousuranta, Porvarinmäki noise hill, conceptual design for harbour gate area and the desing of the pedestrian bridge, lighting masts and technical bars.
Auringonnousuranta noise wall, which is 1000 meters long and consists of 100 “concrete cans”, won the Finnish Concrete Award in 2005.
